Shipping policy

  • We usually ship within 1 business day if item in stock. 
  • If an item is unavailable, production requires a lead time of 4 weeks. Subsequently, transit via air shipping typically takes 1 week, while ocean shipping usually requires 4-6 weeks of transit time from our production site in China.
  • Please avoid combining items from our US warehouse with those from our China warehouse. Combining them will limit your shipping options, defaulting to the most economical choices: ground shipping from the US and ocean shipping from China. If you require items from both locations, we kindly ask that you place separate orders or simply reach out to us via chat or phone.
  • None of our shipping fees are refundable. If a return request is accepted, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our US warehouse as well.
